Privacy policy.

If you submit your email address through the “Get launch emails” form on this site, we store it with our email provider, Buttondown, solely to send you launch and demo announcements. We don’t send anything else, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us.

If you email info@3cats.studio (press, support, or just to say hi), we keep that email and your address to reply to you. We don’t add it to any marketing list unless you separately opt in via the newsletter form.

Our games run fully offline and single-player. They do not require sign-in, do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and do not transmit gameplay data anywhere. Save data is stored locally on your device (and, where the platform offers it, in that platform’s own cloud-save service — e.g. Steam Cloud — which is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy, not ours).

When you install or purchase our games through a storefront, that storefront (Valve, Apple, or Google) processes your payment and account information under its own privacy policy — we never see your payment details, and the storefront may separately collect its own platform-level analytics that are outside our control.
